Our on-site cultural immersion program is a unique and personalized experience designed to provide American executives an intensive introduction to the Japanese culture by going on-site to Japan, typically for one week, with a seasoned consultant.
The consultant will coach you through key elements of cultural etiquette, offer basic Japanese language lessons along the way, and provide guidance on how to apply the acquired cultural knowledge to your business relationships.
In addition to passing through the neon hub of Tokyo, you will have the opportunity to go deep into the heartland - beyond the normal tourist traffic - to get an authentic dose of traditional Japan. Reading material will be provided before and over the course of your trip, based on pre-departure needs analysis.
